Company Brain case studies

What these companies did with what their people know

You have built a business on the experience of your people. These companies faced the same question every owner faces sooner or later: how do you keep that knowledge when the business grows, people move on or a new owner takes over?

Each case sets out what the company did, what it already gained, and where a Company Brain could take it next.

Your knowledge, your opportunities

What could your business do with everything it knows?

Every customer insight, every hard-won fix and every good idea becomes something the whole team can use, and each new piece builds on the last. Your people decide faster, new hires find their feet sooner, and you see where the business can grow next. Answer a few short questions to see if it fits. If it does, pick a time for a 30-minute call with our team.

See if it fits your business

Questions owners ask first

Answers before you decide

You have seen what other companies did. These are the questions owners ask us next.

Will this work for a business like mine?

These cases range from a four-person team to large firms with thousands of people, across many industries. Each one shows what the company did and what it gained, so you can see which parts are close to your own situation. The short fit check tells you whether the Company Brain suits your business. If it does not, we tell you.

Do we have to write everything down first?

No. Your people share what they know through structured conversations, in their own words, and the Company Brain also draws on the documents and systems you approve. Nobody starts from a blank page.

What does it cost?

The price depends on your business and the tools your team uses. We agree the scope and the price with you on your call, after the short fit check, so you know where you stand before you decide.

Who can see what our people share?

You decide who can ask about what, and access is set by role. Contributors see what is recorded from their conversations and approve it before colleagues can ask about it. Every answer shows its source.

Can the AI get things wrong?

It can, which is why every answer shows where it came from, and the Company Brain says so when the knowledge is not there. Your experienced people keep the decisions.
