Company Brain/What It Solves
You have built a business on what you and your people know. Most of it was never written down, because it never had to be. It lived in the right heads, and the right people were always around.
That works until someone new joins, someone leaves, the business grows, or a buyer starts asking questions. Here are ten everyday problems that come from knowledge living only in heads, and how your Company Brain solves each one.

Questions owners ask first
Straight answers on where to start, what it costs and how it fits your team.
Start with the problem that costs you the most today, whether that is the question you answer all day or the decision that waits for you. Each problem page lists the steps, the typical time each step takes and what a buyer sees. Read them in any order, and we help you choose on your call.
We agree the price with you on your call, because it depends on where you start. Every Company Brain has the same core: guided capture sessions, your existing documents connected, and a private place where your team asks questions and gets sourced answers. On top of that you choose add-ons only if you need them, such as more capture sessions, a chat or voice assistant for customers, or connections to the systems you already use. After the call you get a written proposal with a fixed scope and price, and no obligation.
Plan for one or two hours a week in the first two months, mostly in guided interview sessions. We prepare the questions, record your answers and turn them into written rules, so you review instead of write. The time estimates on each problem page are typical and depend on your business.
Access is set by role, so each person sees what their role needs. Your Company Brain does not train public models on your data. Your company owns what is captured, stored in systems your business controls, in formats you can export.
Your team asks questions in plain language and gets answers that show their source, from your documents and the know-how we capture. Connections to the systems you already use, such as your CRM, are scoped on the call. A named person checks anything that goes to a client.
