In short
The problem and the solution
The problem
In a growing company, the senior people are also the help desk. Each question is small. Together they take a large share of your most valuable hours.
The solution
We find the questions your experts answer again and again, capture each answer once in their words, and let the team ask the Company Brain first.
What changes
Experts get hours back for revenue work, answers become consistent, and new questions reach the expert only once.
A story you may recognize
"If you haven't asked Gemini Notebook, don't ask Tyrell"
Every company has the person everyone asks. At Sonata Design, a company working in mining and construction, that person was Tyrell DaSilva, the director. Google's customer story describes him as someone who constantly fielded questions from both employees and clients about product details.
How the story ends, and what it means for you
He was generous with his time. He was also a bottleneck, because every product question went through one desk.
Sonata Design loaded its current product specifications into a central, searchable AI notebook, so staff could find answers themselves before asking. Then they gave it a motto. In DaSilva's words: "if you haven't asked Gemini Notebook, don't ask Tyrell."
Wuffes, a four-person e-commerce team running more than 100 projects, found the same thing from another angle. As Hasan Ijaz told the knowledge tool Slite: "People kept asking the same questions again and again, even though they were documented on Notion." After connecting an AI agent to their tools, Ijaz estimates repetitive questions dropped around 70% within six months.
Both stories make the same point. Writing things down was never enough. The answer has to be faster than walking over to the expert's desk.

Company case studies
Companies that faced the same problem
These businesses tackled the same problem in their own way. Each case study sets out what they did and where a Company Brain could take it next.
What three companies did about it, one case study each
Guindi & Associates · Accounting and consulting
Guindi & Associates organized its procedures in a searchable knowledge base. The vendor reports about 10 hours less one-on-one training per new hire, and about half of team questions answered there.

Avantia Law · Legal services
Avantia gave paralegals AI access to clauses its lawyers drafted earlier. James Sutton compared the tool to a junior paralegal and said it made training much faster.

Your step-by-step plan
What you can do, starting this week
Each step assumes your ExValu Company Brain is in place: your documents and the know-how of your people, connected so your team can ask questions and get sourced answers. The time estimates are typical and depend on your business.
- 1
Count the questions for two weeks5 minutes a day
Ask your two or three most-asked experts to tally every question they get, with a word or two on the topic. Once your Company Brain is live, its log does this for you.
- 2
Capture the top 30 answersTwo 45-minute sessions per expert
In a guided session each expert answers their most frequent questions. Your Company Brain stores the answer in their words, with their name as the source, so people trust it.
- 3
Put the Company Brain where your team already works1 hour
Make the Company Brain reachable from the tools your team opens every day. If it takes longer than asking a colleague, people will ask the colleague.
- 4
Agree the "Company Brain first" rule10 minutes
Borrow Sonata Design's idea and give it your own words. A team member asks "What is the lead time for the large model in winter?" and gets the expert's answer with the date it was last checked.
- 5
Send new questions to the expert once10 minutes a week
When the Company Brain cannot answer, the question goes to the expert, and the answer is saved. The same question never costs the expert twice.
- 6
Show the experts their time back15 minutes a month
Share a monthly count of questions answered without them, by topic. Experts become the strongest supporters once they see the number.
What it does for the value of your business
What a buyer sees
Without a Company Brain
Your senior people spend a large part of their week answering repeat questions. The business can only grow as fast as they can answer.
With a Company Brain
Repeat questions go to the Company Brain, and expert hours move back to billable, sales or product work. A buyer sees management capacity that is not consumed by help-desk work.
The effect on profit depends on how you use the hours you get back. Measure the baseline first, so the result is your own measured number.
