Company Brain · SharePoint Connection

Your files know what happened. Your people know why. Now your Company Brain knows both.

You have built years of work into SharePoint. Proposals, price lists, contracts and checklists. Connect it to your Company Brain, and every answer arrives with the file behind it and the person who knows its story.

  • Coming soon for Company Brain clients
  • Read-only connection
  • Only the sites you approve

What SharePoint holds

SharePoint keeps the file. Your people keep the reasons.

After years in business, your folder structure tells part of the story. The rest lives with the people who wrote, approved and used those files every day.

  • The current price list
  • The signed supplier contract
  • Four versions of the onboarding checklist

With your people

  • Why the prices changed in March
  • Which customer has an exception, and since when
  • Which onboarding checklist the team really uses

The SharePoint Connection brings both together. Your Company Brain reads the files, links them to what your key people have contributed, and answers with the source in view.

How the connection works

Four steps from folder to answer

Your SharePoint stays exactly where it is. The Company Brain reads the sites you choose and connects them to what your people know.

STEP 1

Your IT admin approves the sites you choose.

We request read access through Microsoft's Sites.Selected permission. Access starts at zero, and your admin grants it site by site. Sites you leave out stay out.

STEP 2

Your files flow in. SharePoint stays as it is.

The Company Brain reads the approved sites and keeps them in sync. Files, folders and permissions in SharePoint remain exactly as your team set them up.

STEP 3

Files meet what your people know.

Each document is linked to the knowledge your key people have contributed. The reasons, exceptions and lessons that never made it into the file now sit right next to it.

STEP 4

Ask once. Get the answer, the file and the person.

Every answer shows the SharePoint file it rests on and who contributed the context, so your team can check it in seconds.

What an answer looks like

An answer your team can check

Every reply names the file it comes from and the person who added the context. Trust grows when people can see where an answer comes from.

New account manager

A returning customer asks for 15% off a Q4 order. Can we agree to that?

Company Brain

You can offer up to 12% without sign-off. Anything above 12% needs approval from finance. Customers with two or more orders this year qualify for the returning customer tier, which was introduced in the March 2026 price review.

Today

A key account manager is on holiday.

A customer asks why their contract renews at a different rate. Someone searches SharePoint, finds three versions of the contract, and the answer waits until the account manager is back.

With the SharePoint Connection

A key account manager is on holiday.

Anyone on the team asks the Company Brain. The answer shows the current contract, the renewal clause and the reason for the rate, with sources. The customer hears back the same day.

Questions

Questions owners ask us

We already use Microsoft Copilot. What does this add?

Copilot works with what is written in your Microsoft 365 files. The Company Brain adds what your key people know about those files, the reasons, exceptions and history, and answers from both together with the sources in view.

Will anything change in our SharePoint?

Your files, folders and permissions stay as they are. The connection reads the sites your admin approves.

Which sites should we connect?

Start with the sites your team asks about most, often sales, finance and operations. Sites with HR files or other personal data usually stay out. We agree the list with you before setup.

Who can see answers that draw on connected files?

Everyone with access to your Company Brain can draw on the connected sites. So you choose the sites. Connect content your Company Brain users may see, and keep restricted material in sites you leave unconnected.

How long does setup take?

Most of the waiting time is your IT admin's approval. Once access is granted, we agree the go-live date with you on the kickoff call.

Can we connect more than three sites?

Yes. Tell us which sites you want to add and we confirm the scope with you before anything changes.

What happens if we stop the monthly plan?

The sync stops, your admin removes the access grant, and we delete the copied content as set out in the data processing agreement. Your SharePoint files stay untouched throughout.

Is AI involved?

Yes. The Company Brain uses AI to read, link and answer. Every answer shows its sources, so your team can always check it. The visuals on this page are AI-generated.

Your next step

Bring your files and your people into one conversation.

Your Company Brain already holds what your people know. Connect SharePoint, and every answer comes with the file behind it.
